Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day rule

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day the contract is concluded.

Digital content delivered immediately

Our products are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate access before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the content has been fully delivered with that consent.

For a report or lookup result, full delivery happens the moment the result is shown to you. From that point the trial charge is treated as delivered, as described in the refund policy.

Memberships and cancellation

The monthly membership can always be cancelled at any time, which stops every future charge. Cancellation is separate from withdrawal and is never limited by the 14-day rule.

How to withdraw

To exercise a right of withdrawal where it still applies, email support@sidehustlers.me from the address you used at checkout and state that you withdraw. We confirm by email and refund any payment that the withdrawal covers.
