Prohibited conduct

No illegal products or services, no harassment, no deceptive marketing, no claims that a lookup product provides regulated background screening (such as FCRA-compliant checks), and no medical claims on any health-related product.

No misleading pricing, no hidden subscription terms, and no advertising that contradicts the refund, trial and renewal terms shown at checkout.

Payment network rules

Operators must follow the rules of Stripe and the card networks (Visa and Mastercard). This includes accurate business descriptions on statements, honouring cancellations, and keeping chargeback rates within network limits.

A site that generates excessive chargebacks or breaks these rules can be suspended or closed.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate a site that violates this policy. Where the violation creates legal or financial exposure, we may do so without prior notice.
