Fastest resolution
Email the support address on the site you signed up on, or use the cancel page here. Most cases are resolved the same day, which is faster than a bank dispute.
If you still want to dispute
We will provide the signup record, the timestamp, the IP address and the delivered result to your bank. Cancelling first does not weaken your case and stops any further charge.
