What we provide

We provide hosted whitelabel SaaS templates. You choose a product, name it, and we host a branded version of it on a subdomain we operate.

We maintain the product templates and the infrastructure. We do not run your marketing and we do not guarantee any level of sales.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you advertise your site, for the claims you make, and for complying with the rules of any ad platform you use.

You are responsible for the price you set and for answering your own customers.

Revenue share

Payments from your customers run through your own connected Stripe account. You keep 100 percent of gross subscription revenue: we take no application fee and no revenue share. Stripe's own processing fees apply and are charged by Stripe directly to your account.

Refunds, chargebacks and processor fees are deducted proportionally from both sides.

Acceptable use

No illegal use, no harassment, no claims that a lookup product provides regulated background screening, and no medical claims on the health product.

We can suspend a site that breaks these rules or that generates excessive chargebacks.

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to buy a membership or launch a site with us.

Results and income

We provide tools, templates and education. We do not promise or guarantee any level of income, sales or customers. Any examples and results shown on the site are individual cases and your results will depend on your own effort, budget and market.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing limits a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.

Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring the case in your home country. Swedish consumers can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se, and EU consumers to their local European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).

Changes

Material changes to these terms, including price changes for existing subscribers, are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Non-material updates are posted on this page with a new last updated date.
