Terms of Service

What we provide

We provide hosted whitelabel SaaS templates. You choose a product, name it, and we host a branded version of it on a subdomain we operate.

We maintain the product templates and the infrastructure. We do not run your marketing and we do not guarantee any level of sales.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you advertise your site, for the claims you make, and for complying with the rules of any ad platform you use.

You are responsible for the price you set and for answering your own customers.

Revenue share

Payments from your customers run through your own connected Stripe account. You keep 100 percent of gross subscription revenue: we take no application fee and no revenue share. Stripe's own processing fees apply and are charged by Stripe directly to your account.

Refunds, chargebacks and processor fees are deducted proportionally from both sides.

Acceptable use

No illegal use, no harassment, no claims that a lookup product provides regulated background screening, and no medical claims on the health product.

We can suspend a site that breaks these rules or that generates excessive chargebacks.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email before they take effect.
