Refund Policy
Refund rules for the 7 day trial and the monthly membership that follows it.
The trial
The trial charge unlocks the full report or lookup result immediately, so it is treated as delivered. If the product did not load or the result was never delivered, contact support and the trial charge is refunded in full.
Monthly membership
Cancel before the trial ends and nothing further is charged. If a renewal charge lands within 48 hours and the membership was not used in that period, it is refunded on request.
How to request
Email the support address shown on the site you bought from, with the email address used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original card and usually land within 5 to 10 business days.
