Your statutory rights come first

Because the membership content is unlocked and delivered instantly and you expressly waive your 14-day withdrawal right at checkout under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been delivered.

Where the service was not supplied as agreed, or where you did not waive your withdrawal right, or the digital content has not yet been fully delivered, your statutory rights remain fully available. You can exercise the withdrawal right online at any time on the Withdraw from contract page.

The trial

The trial charge unlocks the full report or lookup result immediately, so it is treated as delivered. If the product did not load or the result was never delivered, contact support and the trial charge is refunded in full.

Monthly membership

Cancel before the trial ends and nothing further is charged. If a renewal charge lands within 48 hours and the membership was not used in that period, it is refunded on request. You can cancel online, without logging in, on the Cancel your membership page.

How to request

Email the support address shown on the site you bought from, with the email address used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original card and usually land within 5 to 10 business days.
