Cancel your membership

If you bought a report or a lookup

Email the support address shown in the footer of the site you signed up on, from the address you used at checkout, with the word cancel. Your membership is ended the same day and nothing further is charged.

You keep access to anything you already unlocked until the current period ends.

If you run a platform with us

Operators can close a site from the dashboard. Closing a site stops new signups straight away and existing customer subscriptions are cancelled at the end of their period.

Timing

Cancel before the 7 day trial ends and no monthly charge is ever taken. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the period already running unless the refund policy applies.
